Where do you ship?
Australia wide with tracking via Australia Post. $10 standard bubble mailer: Singles and graded cards $15 standard package: Sealed products Every order is shipped with a combination of protection including sleeves, toploaders, team bags, cardboard and bubble wrap. Sealed products are bubble wrapped and boxed.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–2 business days. Show weekends can add a day, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.
Can I return or refund an order?
Trading cards are condition sensitive items, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or isn't as described, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do you grade card condition?
Singles are Near Mint unless the listing says otherwise, and any wear is noted and photographed. Graded cards are certified by the company shown on the label.
Can I pick up at a show?
Yes. Message us on Instagram before the show and we'll hold your cards at the table.
